Cushman & Wakefield brokers the letting of 384 sqm of office area to commercial law firm CLP

The Dusseldorf office letting team of international real estate consulting firm Cushman & Wakefield (C & W) has brokered the letting of 384 sqm of office space in the Kennedyhaus building in Dusseldorf to commercial law firm CLP. The move will take place at the beginning of next year. The owner of Kennedyhaus is Aberdeen Standard Investments Deutschland AG. Consulting firm Busch Advisors acted on behalf of Aberdeen.

The Kennedyhaus office building at Hans-Böckler-Strasse 1 on Dusseldorf's Kennedydamm has a total usable floor area of 12,000 sqm. The property was built in 2004 and was awarded the German Architecture Prize in 2005.

A medium-sized commercial law firm based in Dusseldorf and Berlin, CLP advises and trains the public sector, the Mittelstand (small and medium-sized enterprises) and industrial companies, primarily in the fields of construction law and public procurement law. CLP is also active in the high-tech and start-up sector. The law firm has offices in Dusseldorf and Berlin.

Busch Advisors is a real estate consulting firm. Its main clients are banks, investors and lessors of commercial real estate. Busch Advisors is based in Frankfurt am Main and has a branch office in Dusseldorf.
