The Düsseldorf office agency team of international real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has brokered the letting of 425 square metres in the Benrather Karree office complex to recruitment consultancy Nigel Wright.
Nigel Wright is a consumer goods & FMCG headhunter. With offices throughout Europe, the company recruits national and international talent for executive, sales, marketing, engineering, production, supply chain & procurement, IT, HR and finance roles. Its German headquarters are in Düsseldorf.
The most striking feature of Benrather Karree is its cantilevered translucent onyx sail panels, mounted in front of the glazed facade, providing natural sun shading. Other highlights of the property include its central location in the heart of Düsseldorf's CBD and the extensive services offered in Benrather Karree.
Deka Immobilien, owner of the office complex, was advised by imovo, partner of the NAI apollo Group.
