The Berlin office letting team of the international real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has brokered 4,300 square metres of space in the "RITT" office property. The new tenant at Ritterstrasse 12-14 in the Kreuzberg district of Berlin is Ratepay GmbH. The owner of the property is investment firm Signature Capital.
The state-of-the-art new building will be the new headquarters of Ratepay GmbH, the leading payment provider for white label "buy now pay later" payment methods in the DACH region, from the beginning of 2023. The Berlin-based company was founded in December 2009, employs more than 300 people and is part of the Nexi Group.
The decisive factors for the letting were the attractive working environment in the heart of the capital and the property's space concept, which is geared towards modern working environments. As part of its new-work strategy, Ratepay found the property in Ritterstrasse suitable for its new requirements in. In addition to workstations, the office provides a large amount of space that promotes communication among employees and provides room for projects as well as for quiet concentrated work.
