Cushman & Wakefield brokers office transaction in Hof

Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of an office property with 7,400 square metres of total lettable space in Hof. The buyer is a regional family office, the seller is EPISO 5, an opportunistic fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners. 
 
The property is fully let to a credit institution on a long-term lease. The transaction is the latest sale of a property from the former Summit Group portfolio, which was acquired in June 2021.

The transaction was led by DW Real Estate GmbH, one of the three joint venture partners in the portfolio. Cushman & Wakefield and Clifford Chance acted as advisors to the vendor.
