Cushman & Wakefield brings SMEG Germany to Munich's "Danner-Forum"

The Munich Office Agency team of international real estate consultancy Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has brokered around 960 square meters of office space in the "Danner Forum" to SMEG Deutschland GmbH. The owner of the property is Benno und Therese Danner'sche Kunstgewerbestiftung. The foundation was represented in the successful leasing process by RECABS Consulting, Goldschmitt GmbH & Co. KG.

The "Danner Forum" is located at Landshuter Allee 12-14. It was inaugurated in 2001 and comprises a total leasable area of 10,500 square meters. SMEG Germany will move into its long-term leased space on the 1st floor of the five-story building.

The company is the German subsidiary of the Italian household appliance manufacturer based in Guastalla in northern Italy. The internationally renowned design company has a global presence with branches and an extensive dealer network.
