The consulting firm IMAP M&A Consultants AG, which specialises in mergers and acquisitions, has rented approx. 580 m² of office space in the newly developed CBD area Glücksteinquartier in Mannheim, Glücksteinallee 25.
IMAP is thus relocating its company headquarters within Mannheim. The move to the new premises in the ‘Quartier Hoch 4’ complex, which comprises a total of around 16,800 m² of office space, and the relocation from the current premises in Mannheim's Neuostheim - EASTSITE district will take place in October 2025.
The owner of ‘Quartier Hoch 4’ is SV Sparkassen Versicherung. With this lease, the office building, which was completed in 2019, is currently fully let. SV Versicherung acquired the complex, which also includes more than 70 flats in addition to the office building, from project developer Diringer & Scheidel in 2017 and is itself the largest user of the office building.

IMAP M&A Consultants AG primarily advises medium-sized companies and their shareholders on the sale or acquisition of companies. IMAP has also been active in Germany since 1997. Of the approximately 250 IMAP deals worldwide each year, the German team completes around 25 transactions - with values between EUR 15 and 500 million.
