Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate consultancy, is gradually expanding its Cologne office, thereby strengthening its presence in the Rhineland. In the short term, the services already offered in the Office Agency division are to be expanded and supplemented with additional service lines.
As part of the strengthening and expansion of Cushman & Wakefield's personnel and services in Germany, the Cologne branch is also being expanded. With effect from 1 October 2025, Mina Dadgostar will be responsible for managing the office leasing team as Head of Office Agency Cologne.
Mina Dadgostar, who holds a degree in business administration and is a trained real estate and housing industry specialist, has been with Cushman & Wakefield in the Office Agency division since spring 2017, initially in Hamburg and, since 2019, in Cologne. There, she has played a key role in expanding Cushman & Wakefield's activities in the Rhine metropolis and has provided comprehensive advice to both tenants and landlords in a large number of significant leasing transactions. In her new role, Dadgostar will be responsible for the further expansion and strategic development of the location.
"I look forward to working with my colleagues to position our Cologne location even more strongly in the market in the future and thus increase our visibility in the long term," says Mina Dadgostar.
Pierre Nolte, Head of Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, adds: "For our clients, whether they are users or owners, Cologne plays a central role in German portfolios. By expanding Cushman & Wakefield's presence, we will significantly expand our local service offering in a core market that is also important in a European context."
Nolte continues: "By expanding our Cologne office, we are laying the foundation for stabilising and expanding our market share in Cologne. This means that, in the short term, we will be able to offer our clients comprehensive support across all services and asset classes.
