Herbalife Jakarta’s head office of 2,600 sqm is located in the central business district of TB Simatupang.
Cushman & Wakefield was retained to provide Herbalife with an occupational review of their existing premises, and evaluate if moving to a non-central business district location would achieve potential cost savings.
02 THE SOLUTION
The Tenant Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield conducted an in-depth “move versus stay” analysis. First, we identified Herbalife’s objectives and long-term growth expectations. These areas were then measured against Herbalife’s organisational objectives and the occupation of the existing premises.
In delivering the results of the analysis to Herbalife, the Tenant Advisory Group approached negotiations proactively and transparently on how best the client could leverage their position in the market.

We were able to achieve significant cost savings by securing a short-term renewal for Herbalife’s relocation into a non-central business district location.
