The 'Maggiolina Living' complex is located in the Maggiolina district, and known as the 'Villaggio dei Giornalist' (Journalists’ Village). It is a condominium of 1960s buildings of between 4 and 5 floors, developed along private streets and surrounded by greenery making it unique in the Milanese area.
Carlo Vanini Head of Capital Markets Italy and Luca D’Anzieri transaction lead of the operation comment, "The disposal highlights the significant interest coming from institutional investors for the 'living' sector. This interest will develop in the coming years since the residential asset class, together with logistics, is among the most resilient. The 'Maggiolina Living' operation, given its location and high attractiveness, represents one of the most interesting residential transactions in Italy in recent years."
