Present in the Capital since 1998, Cushman & Wakefield operates in Rome with all its service lines, offering comprehensive consultancy in the fields of brokerage, property management, technical and design services with a particular focus on property regeneration activities.
In line with the founding values of the Fondazione ROMA REgeneration and with the company's European commitment to promoting urban regeneration interventions through RETHINKING - the integrated and multidisciplinary service developed and launched in 2024 - Cushman & Wakefield, identifies the best approach to dealing with the functional obsolescence of assets that are no longer in line with current needs, repositioning them both economically and environmentally.
