Dom Fredrick Andaya Appointed Country Head, Philippines
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Dom Fredrick Andaya as Country Head for the Philippines. In this role, Andaya will oversee the firm’s operations nationwide, deepen client engagement, and expand its service capabilities across sectors. He will focus on growing market share, improving delivery efficiency, and strengthening collaboration across Southeast Asia.
With nearly two decades of experience in research, consulting, and tenant representation, Andaya brings deep market expertise to the role. Andaya has a proven track record of advising clients on business growth in the Philippines and delivering strategic real estate solutions.

A licensed architect, Bada has successfully delivered projects across multiple sectors, combining technical expertise with practical execution. His background in architecture and project management positions him to lead complex developments and ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes for clients. With his skill set Cushman & Wakefield has further strengthened its ability to deliver projects across asset classes -offices, retail, and hospitality - meeting the evolving demands of the local market.
Wentworth Miguel C. Uytengsu III – Director, Tenant Advisory Group, Philippines
Wentworth Miguel C. Uytengsu III has been appointed Director of the Tenant Advisory Group, leading the firm’s Tenant Representation team in the Philippines. With over 14 years in sales and business development, Uytengsu has helped occupiers make data-informed real estate decisions that align with their business goals. Uytengsu in his role will enable clients to unlock new efficiencies, anticipate market trends, and develop sustainable occupancy strategies, as he leverages AI-enabled tools and market intelligence.
Reichelle Demot-Engwa – Director & Hub Lead, Philippines, Asia Pacific Tenant Representation
Reichelle Demot-Engwa’s appointment highlights the Philippines’ growing importance as a hub for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Global Capability Center (GCC) operations. In her role, she will support multinational clients in establishing and expanding their GCC operations in the country and across the region. With more than 14 years of experience advising major occupiers on leasing and location strategy, Engwa brings strong regional expertise and a client-centric approach that reinforces Cushman & Wakefield’s leadership in tenant advisory services.
