About
Cedric Bada is Director of Project & Development Services for Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines, based in Manila. He joined the firm in April 2025 as Head of PDS for the Philippines, bringing more than 12 years of experience in design and construction.
A licensed architect, Cedric has expertise in managing all phases of project development, from initial planning and design through to execution and closeout. His architectural training gives him a strong technical foundation for navigating the complexities of real estate development and construction, and he has delivered projects across asset classes, including offices, retail, and hospitality.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Cedric was Head of Projects at CBRE Philippines, where he led the growth of the business and built a strong portfolio in office fit-outs and asset enhancement work. Earlier in his career, he served as Design and Project Manager at Portuguese Realty Incorporated, where he oversaw the development of Citi Plaza — the landmark building that now serves as Citibank N.A.'s regional headquarters in the Philippines.
Education
Cedric holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas.
