Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) announces that it has brokered the lease of a warehouse for Zumub, a leading Portuguese brand in the fields of sports nutrition, wellness, and dietary supplements. The consultancy firm supported the company throughout the process of selecting and leasing its new warehouse in the Greater Lisbon area.
With a total area of 3,455 sqm, the new facility, located in Pinhal Novo, includes both production and storage areas, meeting the company's operational and logistical needs. The property features loading and unloading docks and is located near the A2 motorway—one of the main road links between Lisbon and Madrid—ensuring efficient and agile distribution both nationally and internationally.
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Portugal, Zumub has grown steadily, adapting to the demands of an increasingly competitive and digital market. Specializing in sports nutrition, dietary supplements, and wellness products, the company currently operates in more than 20 international markets, with key markets including Spain, France, Germany, and Italy.
Francisco Quintanicho, Consultant in the Industrial, Logistics & Land Department at Cushman & Wakefield Portugal, commented:
"We are very pleased to have supported Zumub in identifying a solution tailored to its operational and logistical needs. This new warehouse will certainly meet the requirements of a company in clear expansion, allowing it to optimize and consolidate its operations."
Raquel Mota, CFO & COO of Zumub, added:
"This new facility represents a strategic step to keep up with the brand’s strong growth, both in the domestic and international markets. More than just increasing production capacity and expanding our portfolio, this move reinforces Zumub’s commitment to innovation—an area that already sets us apart and will remain central to our growth and differentiation strategy."
