Allianz Partners will be moving into the Miraflores Premium 3 building, part of MEAG’s portfolio in Portugal, after leasing approximately 1,250 m² of office space. The transaction was handled by JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, the latter holding the exclusive mandate for marketing the property.
Miraflores Premium is a strategically located office complex in Miraflores, next to the A5 Lisbon/Cascais motorway, and consists of three office buildings. Altogether, the buildings offer around 20,570 m² of usable area with flexible spaces. The ground floor includes retail and service units, featuring a new dining concept, and the entire complex offers underground parking, including spaces for electric vehicles.
“We are thrilled to conclude another leasing deal at Miraflores Premium 3. This property is currently undergoing a major modernization process and stands out for its spacious floors, prime location, and exceptional natural light. We have seen a significant increase in demand, and the highly competitive rents make this option even more attractive for companies that value quality and functionality,” says Afonso Almeida Fernandes, Senior Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield.
“Allianz Partners found exactly what it was looking for at Miraflores Premium 3: a modern and efficient space that meets its operational needs and sustainability values. The recent refurbishment of this building has created a work environment with technological and sustainable solutions that will allow Allianz Partners to optimize its operations. This move represents not only a change of premises but also an investment in the future of Allianz Partners and its employees,” comments Bernardo Zammit e Vasconcelos, Head of Offices Leasing at JLL.
Max Lau, Asset Manager at MEAG, adds: “This lease to Allianz Partners at Miraflores Premium 3 reflects our strategy of creating sustainable, high-quality workspaces that meet the ever-evolving needs of leading companies. The building’s renovation combines efficiency, technology, and design, ensuring long-term value for both our tenant and our portfolio. A big thank you to all parties involved for their dedication and collaboration that made this deal possible.”
The complex is currently undergoing a refurbishment and enhancement project, developed in partnership with renowned architects and the Municipality of Oeiras, which includes the redevelopment of outdoor areas, common spaces, and the creation of relaxation and well-being zones. The goal is to provide modern and welcoming environments that meet daily demands and promote a balance between work and quality of life. In parallel, the BREEAM certification process for all three buildings is underway, reinforcing the commitment to sustainability and environmental efficiency.
It is worth noting that Cushman & Wakefield manages eight buildings from MEAG’s portfolio in Portugal, totaling 57,216 m² of space – including the three Miraflores Premium buildings.
