We negotiate occupational leases, hotel management contracts and franchise agreements, and advise on joint venture deal structuring. We also assist in structuring ground rents.

Development Consulting

However, it is often necessary to conduct more detailed, focused analysis – so we frequently provide bespoke research reports to help our clients make informed decisions.
