Cushman & Wakefield continues to invest in the Nordic market, building on the strong momentum achieved over the past year. Since Erik Visteus took on the role of Head of Capital Markets Sweden in autumn 2025, the service line has grown by approximately 60 percent in revenue while strengthening its position in transaction advisory through strategic hires and an expanded service offering across Sweden and the Nordics.
Daniel Turner rejoins Cushman & Wakefield after four years at JLL, where he most recently served as Co-Head of Capital Markets, Sweden. In 2025, he was named Transaction Advisor of the Year by Fastighetsvärlden. Prior to joining JLL, Daniel spent six years as a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield in Stockholm, and before moving to Sweden worked on Pan-European investments for LaSalle Investment Management in Paris, France.
