Employing a data-driven approach, our team was able to identify and prioritize opportunities for cost savings and develop customized recommendations for the Top-15 Cluster Opportunities. This was done by deploying Cushman & Wakefield's Portfolio Intelligence Platform (PIP), a proprietary tool that identifies and prioritizes opportunities for cost savings taking into consideration geography, market, workplace and lease-timing dynamics.
In addition, our team collaborated with the client to co-develop a Transaction Management Reporting Guidebook to ensure consistent, best-in-class reporting across the transaction life-cycle. This guidebook ensures that all reports are held to the same global standard and provides a meaningful reporting framework that marries the output from Cushman & Wakefield with a client-centric view of internal commercial real estate priorities.
