Currently, she serves as the PDS Central America & Caribbean Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where she has demonstrated exceptional mastery in negotiation and a strategic vision in executing projects both nationally and internationally. Her ability to lead and coordinate teams has been fundamental to success in each one of them, across a wide variety of geographical and cultural contexts.

Fernanda, graduated as an Architect from the Universidad Creativa in San José, Costa Rica, supplemented her education with a diploma in Interior Design. Additionally, her outstanding thesis project on the "Municipal Market and Urban Planning for the downtown area of Chinandega, NIC" was published in the prestigious magazine "Su Casa".
