In the first phase, a fully automated and climate-controlled warehouse was built, specifically designed to meet the pharmaceutical requirements of McKesson, a leading healthcare company specializing in pharmaceutical distribution.
The offices are located above the loading docks and, thanks to a large north-facing glass façade, offer a panoramic view of the docks and the canal. This creates a pleasant work environment with abundant natural daylight and a strong connection to the surroundings.
The architecture is inspired by traditional signal boxes, resulting in a ‘concave’ design style that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor spaces. The façade, finished with an exclusive copper coating, gives the building a unique and recognizable presence within the cityscape.
