Heultje West BV, in collaboration with Immo Darwin, is developing a new SME zone on the 'Darwin Heultje' business park in Westerlo. This site, located in Fabriekstraat, offers no less than 11,186 m2 of energy-neutral SME units.

Modern commercial buildings are being built within the zone, with units from 200 m² that can be flexibly combined and expanded to a maximum of 5,000 m2.
