Recently renovated. Update from Real Net as of July 28, 1999 KN. Heated by a hot water system with heating convectors located under the windows. Double duct A/C is installed with thermo- statically controlled mixing boxes throughout the building. During winter the chiller operated from 6am to 6pm daily. On weekends the chiller does not operate except by special request from one of the tenants. During summer chiller is one when outside temperature reaches 14.4 C & shuts off from 6pm to 6am daily. Elevators: 3 Otis passenger elevators. 1 service elevator operates between the basement & main floor. Handicap: The building entrance, elevators & washrooms all facilitate handicap use. Security: Officers on duty from 3:30pm until 7:30am Monday thru Friday & 24 hrs/day on weekends and holidays. Bldg access doors are locked from 6pm to 6am daily. Storage: Basement area contains numerous storage areas which are secured with lock & available for tenant usage. Good downtown location with high visibility to street traffic. Plus 15 connected to Bankers Hall. Easy access to Eatons Centre & TD Square. LRT & city transit bus stop within a one block radius of building. Parking is also available nearby at Centennial Parkade or Gulf Canada Square.;
