Reorganisation of Project & Development Services

Verena Bauer • 03/07/2024

Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world's largest real estate consultancies, has reorganised responsibilities in its Project & Development Services (PDS) division as part of its repositioning. Claudia Jurek is now Head of Project Management DACH. She takes over this position from Martin Wellnitz, who has taken over the management function at Project & Development Services and is now focussing on the further development of the business unit in German-speaking countries. Kirill Hofmann succeeds Claudia Jurek as Team Leader PDS in Frankfurt & Düsseldorf. In addition to his position as Team Leader PDS Hamburg, Martin Puschke heads the newly created Principal Works division in Germany, which integrates the Design + Build division of Cushman & Wakefield.

Martin Puschke is an architect and has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2014. In addition to coordination, his new responsibility as Head of Principal Works includes the even stronger bundling of consulting, planning and implementation of customised construction measures for the company's clients, for whom he acts as a central point of contact. He also takes over the role of Head of Design + Build from Lutz Schilbach, who has taken over as Head of Multi Service Solutions.

In her new position as Head of Project Management DACH, architect and property economist (IREBS) Claudia Jurek is responsible for systematically networking project management in the PDS division with the other service areas on the one hand and across locations on the other. She has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2019.

Her successor in the position of Team Leader of PDS Frankfurt & Düsseldorf is Kirill Hofmann. The Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Engineering has been part of the Cushman & Wakefield team since 2022 and reports to Claudia Jurek.

Martin Wellnitz, Head of PDS DACH, to whom Claudia Jurek and Martin Puschke report, comments: "I am delighted that we have been able to fill the positions with experts from our own ranks, thus ensuring continuity in our relationship with our clients. Our Project & Development Services department combines consulting services such as project and cost management, technical due diligence, construction monitoring and sustainability services, which are among the growth areas in the industry. The newly created 'Principal Works' division also pools our planning and execution expertise in construction projects. In this way, we are ensuring even better networking of our services and taking another consistent step in the implementation of our 'one-stop-shop' strategy for our customers."
