We plan the requirend inflow and outflow of funds, define performance and cost frameworks, check offers and invoices and finally approve the work. 

 Deadlines, Capacities & Logistics         04
All necessary services must be realisable at the relevant point in time, both logistically and in terms of capacity. Under this premise, we draw up timeframes and schedules for planning and construction service providers and "monitor" the actual implementation on a daily basis. In this way we ensure that handover and commissioning can take place on time.

05 Contracts & Insurances
Nothing works without good contracts - we support you in creating a contract structure for the entire project, prepare contracts with external service providers and coordinate them including dates and deadlines. We enforce contractual obligations, check supplements and obtain all necessary official approvals. In addition, we are happy to advise you on a sensible insurance concept.
