As Head of Sustainability & ESG Germany, Jens Weymann is responsible for services related to the sustainable transformation of the real estate sector. Together with his team, he implements ESG as an integrative, cross-service and cross-sector component of Cushman & Wakefield's client solutions. The team goes beyond providing selective sustainability services and implements ESG for clients as a value driver in conjunction with other business areas.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jens was Head of Consulting Germany at sustainability consultancy EVORA Global, where he was responsible for the German consulting business. Prior to that, he helped build the sustainability consulting teams at EVORA and JLL and worked in innovation management at E.ON.

Jens is an energy and environmental engineer. His professional focus is on providing strategic and technical advice to real estate investors and portfolio holders on decarbonising their portfolios. In doing so, he navigates the tension between regulatory requirements, technical feasibility and economic conditions. Together with his team in Germany and over 50 ESG experts in Europe, Jens provides comprehensive support to clients in the development and implementation of sustainable real estate strategies at asset and portfolio level.
