Cushman & Wakefield is further expanding its activities in the residential investment sector: Giw Mohadjer is taking over the position of Head of Residential Investment Munich and Southern Region with immediate effect. Mirjam Loleit will join the team as Director of Residential Investment on 1 January 2026. Further personnel additions to Cushman & Wakefield's German Residential Investment team are already in the pipeline.
Mohadjer has 14 years of professional experience in the residential sector with diverse expertise at both national and international level. Most recently, he spent almost six years at JLL as Director of Residential Investment, with a particular focus on the Munich and Nuremberg metropolitan regions.
Mirjam Loleit also joins from JLL. After holding various positions in the Capital Markets division, she worked in Residential Investment for around four years before taking over the development and management of the Capital Markets Hub South. Loleit brings with her a total of around ten years of transaction experience.
Jan-Bastian Knod, Head of Residential Investment Germany & Head of Healthcare Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield: "We are also pursuing a consistent growth strategy in the residential segment. With the appointment of Giw Mohadjer and Mirjam Loleit, we are taking an important strategic step in the Southern region. Further reinforcements are already planned by the end of the year."
Knod continues: "Institutional investors' interest in large-volume residential investments remains high – both selectively and across the board. This interest often extends beyond city and state borders. Therefore, the new team's sphere of activity will eventually include parts of Baden-Württemberg in addition to Bavaria. Giw Mohadjer and Mirjam Loleit have the ideal qualifications to build a high-performing department that meets the requirements of our customers and can benefit from the improved market environment."
