Valuation & Advisory Services

We assist and enable institutional investors, corporates, financial institutions, fund managers and public sector organizations in activities including conducting feasibility studies, project financing, accounting reporting and public listing applications. The team is also well experienced and actively involved in providing valuation and advisory services for landmark and specialized properties, as well as infrastructure including container terminals and airports, both locally and overseas. 

The team provided valuation services to more than 120,000 properties in 2020, valued at over RMB5 trillion. In particular, the group dominated the quasi-REITs / CMBS valuation and advisory sector, with a nearly 50% market share. The team also advised many large-scale state-owned enterprises in their strategic reform, asset revitalization, merger and acquisition and joint venture mandates.
