Our professional consulting team provides government agencies, developers, investors and companies in transformation with strategic consulting services, development strategies and corporate real estate development services for their projects, industries, and enterprises. These services cover multiple fields in real estate, including management consulting, new urbanization, industry research, tourism real estate, transport-oriented developments (TOD), CBD development, and mixed-use development projects.
The strategic consulting team leads the industry in many fields by closely integrating its services with China’s national strategic development initiatives. In 2023, the team won 276 New Urbanization, 40 TOD, and three Belt & Road high-level strategic contracts. This allowed the team to establish strategic partnerships with many local governments and state-owned enterprises, while joining world-class forums as guest speakers. Last year, the consulting team created two new innovative platforms: the Ecology-Oriented Development (EOD) platform and the Enterprise Operations Strategic Development platform.
