Cushman & Wakefield India Registers Two Wins at 2023 Asia Pacific Property Awards

Cushman & Wakefield, one of the largest and the fastest growing real estate services firm in India, has once again been recognised at the 2023 Asia Pacific Property Awards (APPA), registering two wins for outstanding achievements in the Indian commercial real estate market, highlighting the firm’s leading industry position and exceptional service offerings.

Commercial Property Agency/Consultancy – Five Star Award 
Real Estate Agency Single Office – Chennai – Five Star Award 

Speaking on the wins, Anshul Jain, Head of APAC Tenant Representation and Managing Director, India & South East Asia, said – “The recognition from APPA for the third time for India, is a confirmation of our deep expertise in the region and our steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional services for our clients. Cushman & Wakefield India has over 3750 employees, operating across NCR (corporate office), Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad. In addition, 
the business services over 200 other cities such as Nagpur, Cochin, Mysore, Mohali, Chandigarh, Goa, Ludhiana, Jaipur, and Coimbatore amongst others. 

The firm, which has more than 8000 clients across 35 sectors, has had a remarkable year in 2022 with around 322 MSF real estate asset transaction and over $5 billion of fundraising and investments. Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets business is the largest Land Advisors in India across real estate asset classes and closed a record 272 acres of land transactions in 2022.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Chennai office, meanwhile, is renowned to be pioneers of land disposable business in the country and provides a full range of real estate services combining local expertise and experience with technology and exceptional standards of service. In 2022, the Chennai business closed over 1.5 MSF of office space transactions, transacted 32 acres of land, and established a 35% market share in the city.
