The Regional Team is ably assisted by our large Accounts Department located in our Head Office in Dublin. Our Regional Asset Services Team manage significant properties including the Manor West Shopping Centre & Retail Park in Tralee, Kilmartin Retail Centre in Athlone, the new Gardens International Office Development in Limerick City, Webworks Office Development in Galway City and the City East Plaza in Limerick.
The Limerick Office is led by Patricia Staunton Director, who has over 18 years’ experience working as a Chartered Surveyor in both the Dublin and Regional Commercial Markets and has an excellent knowledge of all asset classes within the Regional Markets.
Ciara McCarthy Divisional Director has been with the company since 2006 with over 15 years’ experience in the Limerick / Mid West market. Ciara has been involved in multi-disciplinary agency, valuation and advisory service work within Limerick, since that time; and is a well known and respected participant within the Mid-Western property market. She possesses particular expertise in development land and has provided consultancy advice to a range of institutional and private clients.
Dermot Hughes Associate Director joined Cushman & Wakefield in January 2019 having relocated back to Ireland from the Channel Islands, where he worked as an Associate Director within an affiliated practice of Cushman & Wakefield. Dermot is involved in the day to day provision of valuation advice to both investors and lenders, inclusive of the main pillar banks. He has additionally worked extensively within the commercial agency and asset services sectors and holds in excess of 15 years’ experience within the industry.
