An equivalent quantum of absorption scale has also been observed during this period, indicating parity between demand and supply dynamics in the region, which is a very healthy indicator of continued growth. Development pipeline quantum is at 4.2GW of under construction activity throughout the region and 12.0GW in planning stages, which is an increase of 2.8GW since end of H2 2023.
