Japan and Australia Remain the Most Expensive Office Fit-out Markets in Asia Pacific
Cities in Japan and Australia continue to dominate the Top 10 list of most expensive office fit-out locations in Asia Pacific, according to Cushman & Wakefield’s 2020-2021 Asia Pacific Office Fit-out Cost Guide. Deka Immobilien acquires Melbourne office tower for $454 million
