Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm is pleased to announce that it has successfully brokered the sale of Citadines Mount Sophia at 8 Wilkie Road, Singapore (the “Property”) for $148 million.


The Property is a 12-storey premier serviced residence, offering 154 apartment suites comprising studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom. It is part of the integrated mixed use development Wilkie Edge which comprises a retail podium, office floors and a basement carpark.

Mr. Shaun Poh, Executive Director of Capital Markets at Cushman & Wakefield said, “The outlook for the living sector is highly promising, driven by a strong rebound of international travellers to Singapore post-Covid-19 and a strong line up of exciting events and activities. The strong tourism performance presents a favourable environment for hoteliers and service apartment operators to capitalise on the growing demand, and for investors to enter the market.”
