The Opportunity
C&W Project and Development Services team in Singapore was appointed as the Design and Build Contractor to design and deliver a new office fit-out for Norden Shipping, a dry bulk shipping company in Suntec Office Tower 5. This project represented a turn-key service where our organization was responsible for all stages of the Project Lifecycle, including Interior Design by our in-house designers, project managers and Quantity Surveyors.
