02 The Moment They Didn’t Settle
The agency appointed Cushman & Wakefield as the principal turnkey vendor for the new fit-out of a 1.5-storey tower (43,962 sqft) and a 2-storey conservation/heritage shophouse (11,862 sqft) at Guoco Midtown. The works included design management, cost management, and build of all internal spaces, architectural/system and loose furniture, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, move management, and reinstatement of four existing offices for return to landlords.
