Eliška has more than ten years of experience in architecture, interior design and workplace strategy, gained in an architectural studio, at JTRE and during her time at Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout her career, she has contributed to more than fifty office projects, and in the past two years alone, she has developed workplace strategies for almost 20,000 sq m of office space.
Her approach combines strong architectural know-how with a deep understanding of the needs of office users, guiding projects from concept to completion. Her clients include global brands such as Kinstellar, Danone, BASF and Orkla, for whom she has designed interiors that promote collaboration, comfort and corporate identity.
As the Head of Project & Development Services, she oversees projects that integrate project management, workplace strategy, interior design and consulting. Under her leadership, the team focuses on creating functional, innovative and people centered work environments.
“In every project we look for a balance between functionality, aesthetics and how people feel in the space. Good design can influence mood as well as the way people collaborate. Our team brings this idea to life for our clients,” says Eliška Košová, Associate and Head of Project & Development Services at Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia.
