Iberdrola Inmobiliaria entrusts Cushman & Wakefield with the commercialization and management of the Llevant and Ponent Towers in Barcelona

Cushman & Wakefield leads the asset management and customer experience of the Llevant and Ponent Towers. The Llevant and Ponent Towers host tenants such as Cellnex, AXA, the Catalonia Waste Agency, Arxada, and Haier. The two assets have a total area of over 48,000 m², 21 open-plan floors of 1,260 m² each, and BREEAM Excellent and WELL Platinum certifications. 

Iberdrola Inmobiliaria has awarded Cushman & Wakefield the commercialization, asset management, and customer experience of the Llevant and Ponent Towers – two iconic buildings located in the Sants-Montjuïc district of Barcelona. This agreement strengthens the strategic alliance between both entities for the development of high-end assets. 

With a total area of over 48,000 m², the Llevant and Ponent Towers stand out for their sustainable design, with 21 open-plan floors of 1,260 m² each, configured to maximize flexibility and operational efficiency. Both towers have been recognized with BREEAM Excellent and WELL Platinum certifications, establishing them as a model of sustainability and well-being in the Spanish real estate market.

The Llevant and Ponent Towers are part of the largest business park in Barcelona, which hosts prominent tenants such as Cellnex Telecom, the Catalonia Waste Agency, Laboratorios Ordesa, Arxada, Haier, and recently, AXA. Their facilities offer exclusive services for users, such as panoramic terraces with unique views of the city, changing rooms, parking areas for bicycles and electric scooters, as well as spaces equipped with chargers for electric vehicles.
