Global modeling agency Ford Models has chosen Barcelona’s iconic Casa de les Punxes as its new office location, in a transaction advised by Cushman & Wakefield.

Ford Models, one of the world's most renowned international modeling agencies, has relocated its Barcelona offices to the iconic Casa de les Punxes, owned by Texna S.L. The transaction was advised by Cushman & Wakefield.

Founded in New York in 1946, the company has a presence in key cities including New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Brazil, and Paris. With this move, Ford Models strengthens its presence in Barcelona by choosing a distinctive space that reflects its international identity and close connection to the fashion industry.

Designed by architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch and declared a National Historic Monument, Casa de les Punxes is one of Barcelona's most iconic Modernist landmarks. Built in 1905 and refurbished in 1998, the property comprises three adjoining five-story buildings with a total surface area of 7,092 sq m. The asset combines exceptional architectural and heritage value with office space, making it one of the most distinctive office properties in the Barcelona market.

With this transaction, Cushman & Wakefield further reinforces its expertise in providing real estate advisory services to fashion industry companies, supporting them in finding office spaces that align with both their business needs and brand positioning.

"Companies in the fashion industry seek spaces that project their identity and strengthen their brand value. At Cushman & Wakefield, we have extensive experience supporting these companies in identifying offices that meet both their business requirements and branding objectives. Advising Ford Models on its relocation to Casa de les Punxes is an example of our ability to secure unique spaces that create value for our clients," said Fernando Arcos, Head of Occupier Representation Offices Spain at Cushman & Wakefield.
