Bogdan coordinates the retail leasing team and focuses on strengthening the company's portfolio. He provides real estate advisory services to retail park developers and shopping center landlords. Bogdan joined Cushman & Wakefield Echinox in 2008 and in January 2014 he took over the management of the retail department. His in-depth knowledge of the market and ability to create long term relationships provides his clients with a superior level of service. In the last two years he has leased around 25,000 sqm GLA, in noteworthy retail transactions with clients such as the LPP group, World Class, Stradale, Kanpai and Leroy Merlin.
