Fernanda is an architect with over 10 years of experience in design and construction, supported by studies in interior design and sustainable urban planning. Her extensive career includes successful delivery of complex projects and a prominent role in guiding crucial decisions throughout the process.

Currently, she serves as the PDS Central America & Caribbean Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where she has demonstrated exceptional mastery in negotiation and a strategic vision in executing projects both nationally and internationally. Her ability to lead and coordinate teams has been fundamental to success in each one of them, across a wide variety of geographical and cultural contexts.

Awards & Recognition

Among her notable achievements is a client recurrence rate of 65%, equivalent to over 126,000 square meters of project management services in the Central America and Caribbean region. This high level of client loyalty demonstrates the quality and effectiveness of her management, consolidating her reputation as a leader in the sector.

Education

Fernanda, graduated as an Architect from the Universidad Creativa in San José, Costa Rica, supplemented her education with a diploma in Interior Design. Her commitment to urban sustainability is reflected in her specialization, where she earned an honorable mention. Additionally, her outstanding thesis project on the "Municipal Market and Urban Planning for the downtown area of Chinandega, NIC" was published in the prestigious magazine "Su Casa".
