That is 156% more than the previous quarter (R$ 4.84 billion) and 178% more than the same period in 2025. It was the second-largest quarterly volume in twelve years.
How the value was split (41 deals):
Industrial and logistics: R$ 5.5 billion across 12 transactions, about 45% of the total.
Retail: R$ 3.89 billion across 16 deals.
Offices: R$ 2.79 billion across 13 deals.
Year to date: from January to September, transactions reached roughly R$ 25 billion, up 94.9% from the same period in 2025. That is already close to the R$ 26.6 billion recorded for all of last year.
A note of caution: the result does not necessarily signal a broad recovery in the sector. The figure measures the financial volume of completed deals and can be driven by a handful of large transactions. High interest rates also make financing more expensive and make real estate less attractive compared with fixed-income investments.
