Gibic joins from Colliers on 1 February 2027
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Zijad Gibic as Head of Office Agency Frankfurt. Effective 1 February 2027, Gibic will lead the office leasing team of the international real estate services firm in Germany’s financial capital. The position is currently held by Hanjo Theiss in addition to his role as Head of Office Agency & Office Sector Germany. Zijad Gibic will report directly to Hanjo Theiss.
Mario Herbst, Head of Leasing and Tenant Representation Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, commented on the appointment:

Zijad Gibic joins Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers, where he has served as Head of Office Letting Frankfurt since mid-2024. Prior to that, from the beginning of 2023 until May 2024, Gibic worked at Cushman & Wakefield as Partner, Office Agency.
