Cushman & Wakefield Takes Two Wins at Phoenix Tree Marketing Awards 2022

Cushman & Wakefield has won the Best Case Study for Content Marketing and Best Case Study for Short Video Marketing awards at The 8th Phoenix Tree Advertising Forum and Award Ceremony held in Shanghai.
 
The firm received recognition in the Best Case Study for Content Marketing category thanks to its highly successful marketing campaign around the Carbon Neutrality – Shifting to neutral to drive real estate sustainability in China report, running from July to December 2021. The campaign encompassed 16 webinars and in-person events attracting 770,000 attendees, 12 subject matter experts delivering 27 presentations, a short video achieving more than 16,200 views, and socials with a reach of over 145,500 views.
 
Cushman & Wakefield also took home the Best Case Study for Short Video Marketing category for a short video series highlighting emerging Tier 1 cities, including Nanjing, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Kunming, Chongqing, Wuhan, Qingdao, and Xi’an. The video series reached a total of 170,000 views, averaging 18,000 views each.
