Key U.S. markets continue to tighten due to extreme hyperscale demand, with Northern Virginia at just one percent vacancy and nearly no large-scale capacity available. A whopping 1.5 gigawatts is under construction in the United States across the markets profiled, nearly 600 megawatts of which is in Northern Virginia. In Canada, Toronto remains tight with local and international demand, while the vacancy overhang in Montreal tightens slowly but steadily
