Mátyás is a Research Analyst in Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA Data Centre Advisory team. He provides data-driven market intelligence for data centre development, leasing, investment and site-selection projects across the region. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2024, Mátyás has advised developers, operators, investors, occupiers and financial institutions on market entry, location strategy and investment opportunities across established and emerging EMEA markets. He also works closely with Cushman & Wakefield’s network of brokers across Europe, regularly providing research and analytical support for client engagements and business development. Mátyás authors and contributes to Cushman & Wakefield’s global, European and local data centre publications. He leads the research and is a principal author of the EMEA Data Centre Update.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mátyás worked in market research across both the private and public sectors.  He holds a BSc (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Manchester.
