Our valuation methodology encompasses a number of approaches, such as discounted cash flow and income capitalisation. With access to data of thousands of hotels, we can undertake detailed operational benchmarking and transactional analysis, which together with our access to the investment community allows us to provide market leading advice tailored to our client's needs.
