Nicolas Palazzo serves as a Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he specializes in industrial real estate. His primary focus is on representing large international tenants, including notable companies such as DB Schenker and Alliance Group, across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. Hailing from Argentina, Nicolas is fluent in both Spanish and English. 

In his capacity, Nicolas conducts comprehensive analyses to develop and assess financial models that enhance internal controls, improve forecasting, optimize investments, refine financial reporting, manage cost accounting, and elevate overall financial performance.

Beyond transaction management, he plays a vital role in leasing assignments for major institutional owners, spearheads some of South Florida's most successful industrial projects, and collaborates with leading institutional owners on the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties nationwide.

Over the past eight years, Nicolas and his team have successfully completed over 500 transactions valued at more than $1.5 billion.
