Willy Martinez currently serves as a Valuation Surveyor as part of the V&A team at Cushman & Wakefield. In this role, he is responsible for leading property valuation processes at the request of local and global clients, with the objective of providing the best advisory support for decision-making regarding their real estate assets.

Willy has led projects across different segments of the office, retail, and industrial markets. His experience at Cushman & Wakefield includes working with international brands such as Avon, Kennedy Funding LLC, and IBM, as well as local companies such as Industrias del Envase, among others. Additionally, he has been involved in the development of commercial proposals and the technical implementation of the Valuations & Advisory area.
