Amanda Phua • 13/03/2026

New cross‑regional leadership strengthens Cushman & Wakefield’s ability to help clients navigate global supply chain complexity and unlock value at scale

Cushman & Wakefield has announced the appointment of Michael Carson as Head of Supply Chain & Logistics Advisory (SCLA) for both the Asia Pacific (APAC) and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) regions. The expanded remit reflects the increasing importance of integrated, globally connected supply chain advisory support as clients navigate complex and rapidly evolving operating environments.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2022, Carson has served as SCLA Lead for EMEA, where his deep expertise in supply chain strategy, resilience and optimisation has helped clients address heightened geopolitical and economic uncertainty. Carson’s expanded mandate will accelerate consistency, efficiency and seamless integration across two of the world’s most dynamic logistics and industrial markets, unlocking even greater value for Cushman & Wakefield’s clients and partners.

“Michael has an unmatched talent for helping clients understand the business impact of their real estate and how it can unlock margin improvement and drive successful, sustainable operations.
