Hannam-dong has emerged as the center of K-fashion. Once known primarily for its F&B scene, the area has recently transformed into a new fashion hotspot as more retail brands continue to open stores. Leading domestic and international names such as Musinsa, Marithé François Girbaud, Diesel, Alo Yoga, and Gentle Monster have already established their presence or are preparing to do so.
Driven by consumers in their 30s who are both trend-sensitive and have strong purchasing power, Hannam-dong maintains its image as a premium fashion district while simultaneously serving as a testing ground for emerging brands. New high-sensitivity brands such as Brownyard, Nonfiction, and Emis have also opened stores in the neighborhood, capturing the attention of visitors with their unique concepts and aesthetics.
