The U.S. data center market enjoyed a fantastic first half of 2020, with 340 MW of absorption for the best period on record. Much of this was due to enterprises accelerating their IT transformation to keep pace with their now fully remote workforces. The ever-greater usage of the major cloud services, in turn, caused these platforms to require immediate capacity now and planned capacity in the future. Development has continued unabated in key markets, with our key markets profiled currently in progress on nearly 700 MW.

Highlighted U.S. markets include:

  • Chicago
  • Dallas
  • Northern Virginia
  • Phoenix
  • Portland
  • Silicon Valley
